Refund Policy

This policy applies to Premium and Boost listing subscriptions purchased by plumbers on Joburg Plumbers and processed via PayFast.

30-day refund window

You may request a full refund on your most recent monthly subscription payment within 30 days of the transaction date.

No refunds after 30 days

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of payment. Subscriptions are billed monthly and continue automatically until you cancel from your dashboard. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

How to request a refund

Email support@joburgplumbers.co.za from the address on your listing, including your business name and the PayFast payment reference. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via PayFast within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions

  • Listings removed for breach of our terms (e.g. fraudulent PIRB claims) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Partial-month refunds are not provided after the 30-day window.
